The apple motherboards had a power supply fault. The tech response did not work so they shipped a new design but ran out of those as well. Apple wasn't going to honor any units that were older than two years. it was quite a debacle. I believe that the unix based operating system called Tiger had some graphic glitches. combining these problems created a distorted view of Apple's main products.

If Steve Jobs had not stepped in with his new operating system upgrades from his separate company the PR would have been devastating. Since then all seems to be going pretty well.

I was comparing Apple to Ifinix because with Jobs return as CEO Apple began to flourish. I think that is the similar to Benhope taking over for the previous CEO for Ifinix.
