Renaissance BioEnergy Inc. Announces Initial Acquisition of Gold Interests

LOS ANGELES, Nov 18, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Renaissance BioEnergy Inc. (OTCBB: RENS) (the "Company") announced today that is has acquired a 25% undivided interest in the 22 unpatented placer mining claims included in the Oatman Gold Project in Mohave County, Arizona.
This is expected to be the first of a series of acquisitions by the Company in the Gold Mining & Exploration Sector.

The Company plans to appoint an Investor Relations & Corporate Communications company to guide our stockholders as we position the Company to become primarily focused on this sector. A new web site is being designed by the Company in order to provide our stockholders with up to date information.

A Form 8-K was filed today with the full details of our initial acquisition.
