Last couple of days, IMO, we seen thin resistance; if the bulls were in, we would have seen a good run. Buys outnumbered sell volume today. I think the big time bulls are waiting for final word on the div, to see if its a good deal.

The only reason to be bearish right now is if you got a couple of bags already. Otherwise I think a run is about to happen. My boat is still loaded.

10-Q is expected today Friday based on last years NT-10-Q on 11/17/2009 and 10-Q on 11/19/2010. IMO, CBIS filing date was 11/15 and their 10-Q states that it will be "filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date".

Kind of interesting how the "gap" is the same level and size as the 200 day moving average and the 50 day moving average.

If news is released we could test .13
