This is pure speculation on my part, but I am sure that Dart has some followers on Wall Street. How many of the big hedge fund guys are looking at him taking a large stake in a small otherwise obscure biotech if Dart himself didn't already know he would get paid out on this investment? WIll they follow with at least a small speculative buy?

I am not saying there is anything shady going on, but did dart just throw a dart at PPHM and decide to buy? I doubt it (Sorry for the pun)

Things should start getting interesting, lets see how tomorrow shapes up.

Anyone else want to weigh in with a theory?
