Spoke to JA a moment ago. He's actually answering the phone!
Mentioned about our disappointment and he explained it was the "toxic" loan that is causing the problem. No details on Duke publication either. However he did mention that they are innovaters in this field which I had to agree.All in all I would hang in there a couple of more months.I mentioned to him that even Sam Walton was in debt a billion before Walmart took off.
