BuyBack is not a R/S.

I don't buy into R/S either. The only reason people would think that the October PRs referred to an R/S is because they don't know what they are talking about.

Investopedia explains Buyback
www.investopedia.com/terms/b/buyback.asp
A buyback allows companies to invest in themselves. By reducing the number of shares outstanding on the market, buybacks increase the proportion of shares a company owns. Buybacks can be carried out in two ways:

1. Shareholders may be presented with a tender offer whereby they have the option to submit (or tender) a portion or all of their shares within a certain time frame and at a premium to the current market price. This premium compensates investors for tendering their shares rather than holding on to them.

2. Companies buy back shares on the open market over an extended period of time.

What Does Reverse Stock Split Mean?
www.investopedia.com/terms/r/reversesplit.asp
A reduction in the number of a corporation's shares outstanding that increases the par value of its stock or its earnings per share. The market value of the total number of shares (market capitalization) remains the same.

In summary, the buyback means a company pays for shares to be removed and retired from the market. A R/S means a company combines shares raising the PPS and reducing the number of shares available.

The October PRs were in reference to a buyback which is the most constructive way for a company to raise its PPS through a SS adjustment. That is what people were buying into until the trading soured and demonstrated that the PRs were not as accurate as they claimed. We are complaining because we were defrauded by the company in its actions. Had TTDZ claimed the R/S from the start, we would have no qualms about where we are at now. We would have known that we were getting into an R/S and the consequences of that.

Please inform yourselves of the basic terminologies before combining them together in mish-mash of brain farts.

IMO

Best to all
