The company has completed its financials for fiscal year end 2009 and the first quarter of 2010. The financials have been submitted to Solarbrook's legal counsel as part of its review process and will be published on www.pinksheets.com shortly. Upon submission, Solarbrook will be current in its financial filings. Solarbrook Water & Power updated the status of its current joint venture with industry leader, Matheson Tri-Gas. The companies are currently working together on two large industrial proposals. One of them is in Texas and the other is located inNorth Carolina. Solarbrook expects to have its first Matheson contract by the end of the month."Our business relationship with Matheson is moving along as well as we anticipated it would," stated George Moore.
