that would probably be labeled a spin-off as opposed to a stock dividend (which implies more TDGI shares would be issued).

Frankly, a regular stock dividend does not do much for me. The spin-off might, if there was some value to those operations.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
