It will be a few quarters (April) before any cards are issued in Arizona even though CMSI has been contacted by Collectives seeking CMSI MMD financial payment services for the state of Arizona.

IMHO

CMSI will experience growth before Arizona comes online because of their merchant payment solutions and financial products that are secure and reliable using traditional, Internet Point-of-Sale (POS), e-commerce and mobile (wireless) terminals in conjunction with Industry Alliance Partners.

CMSI will experience growth within the three states that CMSI is all ready processing transactions.

CMSI is registered to operate in three states now. CMSI will be operating in more than three states by the time Arizona has it's first Collectives open in April of 2011.

CMSI will add to earnings with the amount of transactions that are processed with the latest round of Collectives added within the three states that CMSI processes.

CMSI is ahead of major banks and card processors. Remember the banks do NOT or can NOT get involved at this point. This gives CMSI time to build a loyal following without much competition but due to the money involved in processing transactions at the Collectives competition will come.

CMSI, who's on first stays #1 in this arena.

Remember when Coca Cola and Pepsi the challenger started their big battle for turf in the cola wars of the 1980's. Was it, "If it wasn't for champions there wouldn't be challengers" or was it "If it wasn't for challengers there would NOT be champions." Either way CMSI wins.

CMSI is relatively unknown in the stock market at this time. News is in numbers and numbers are coming...
