SOME ANSWERS

MANUFACTURING PLANT
The manufacturing plant is currently being made ready. This includes basic remodeling of the administrative areas as well as the production facilities (creating lab area, storage & manufacturing areas, etc). We have updated all of the electric wiring and finished a lot of the interior partitioning. Obviously more needs to be done.

The date of September has obviously passed. Barring unforeseen problems, we are currently shooting for the plant to be in production in March 2010 ready to product our first batch.

I am planning on creating some videos (facilities tour, etc.) to give you the visuals to make it more real and understandable.

STOCK DIVIDEND
Please find the press release in question to verify my answer. There was never a question of stock dividends. I believe you may be referring to a stock by-back.
