That would be his PR person who reports to him on a day to day basis.. ie part of his staff.. The important part of leadership is the ability to designate duty and responsibility in a manner that
as a owner,manager what ever the case may be your able to maintain
a pulse on all areas of operation.. This is just one part of it
and from time to time I figure he just has to put things in order...
