I don't know why your randomly asking about this. But I can tell you what I and everyone else knows. Nearly 8 months ago they were summons to court by the SEC. They showed up and left and that was the last we heard. It's old news and not a concern. Had it been a concern we would have found out what was going on by now. 8 months later.
