About late filings:

They take advantage of what they're legally allowed to do.
Just like you do.
If they feel they need the extra time, they do it.
I had an extension on my income taxes until last October.
Totally legal.
Did the IRS send me a letter asking me why I wanted that extension ?
No, of course not, as they knew it was legal for me to do it.
If the SEC doesn't complain to them about the late filings, then no one else should care either.
It doesn't make LFBG a bad company, or the CEO bad either.
It's just another business tool they use.
I've made lots of money in this stock, and I know you're happy for me, and all the others as well.
Also, I still have stock for the long haul which I also believe will pay off for my wait.
I have no problems with Troy Lyndon being the CEO as he's made me money, and isn't that why we're all here ?
