uhhh can someone explain what this PR means? Why PR about the final stage, PR when the thing is a done deal?

Sounds like a garbage PR to me, the market needs to hear about work completed not about and "final stage" nonsense...

I love the "financials coming soon" nonsense as well. what does he mean "up listing of our market tier on PinkSheets.com"? Sounds like he just wanted to throw in the word uplist in the PR. all he wants to do is clean up what pinksheets.com thinks of OTOW theres no uplist in the future. COMPLETE garbage... if there were any true investors here and not day traders you all would be furious. But we will hear about how great this PR is and how its the shorters fault all day long just watch.... no the shorters arent attacking, people are selling off due to a crappy PR AGAIN
