"Intra-broker" trades for SPNGQ=FALSE !

There is NO intra-broker movement for SPNGQ
There is NO getting "rid" of SPNGQ for a loss in 2010 per MY emails with TD A below. HOW are the shares we see moving ??????

I sent 11/17: "There has been a DTC Halt on SpongeTech (SPNGQ) for some time now, but told brokers can sell within ? How do I get rid of my 500,000 shares (I'd like the .001 we saw today) to show a loss for 2010 ? Will a call in / extra fee get rid of them if another at TD is trying to buy ?"

Rcvd 11/17: "I will be happy to assist you. There is still a halt. These stocks are restricted from trading for an indefinite amount of time. No trading is allowed. When an issue is designated as global lock at DTCC it is not eligible for deliver, transfer, or withdrawal which prohibits a clearing firms¿ ability to settle any movement of positions including trades. There is a variety of reasons for global lock designation, which may involve upcoming corporate actions, allegations of fraud at an issuer or agent or some other type of irregularity that makes the validity of the issuer¿s outstanding shares suspect.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. We really appreciate your business.
Sincerely,
Apex Client Services, TD Ameritrade
Division of TD Ameritrade, Inc."
