GVDI - new website authentic or new scam?

For weeks this stock has been pumped by means of an amateuristic single page website that appeared to be fake.
Now some people here did find another GVDI-website that looks far more professional with decent & verifiable contact info & a clear link to the stock we are trading and now they are trying to hide it....
Some people even ask to ban me...For what? For reporting an URL of a website that is public. Everyone can find it, so what's the problem? It's illegal to make a fake website, but it's not illegal to share it so everyone can make his own decision.

Last week I was very angry because we seemed to be scammed, so someone from the board calmed me sending me the information about a new decent & probably authentic website.
Now the same people are stalking me, deleting my messages & asking for a ban because I want to share this information so everybody can do some DD so find out whether this one is legitimate or not. I can't do it on my own.

Did they make this website themselves (again) and do they want to hide it now? After they used it to calm people who were going to sue the frauds of the other website? Tell me. I have serious questions.
Here's the link again & I will spread it untill everybody has the possibility to call the CEO or COO to verify the authenticity & not just the happy few.
I want to see some decent discussion about this website & no cover up operation, 'cos that makes me cautious.
