These prices are too low for the expected price of this stock and the numerous possible mergers it is facing. It already merged with Avtar, a great construction company with the potential to grow in India. It is now in talks with Ameta and Hydro...two other companies that will drive the pps upwards. Be patient as this will go into the pennies, maybe not tomorrow or this week, but definitely soon. Think of it like this, with expecting Q4 financials coming soon, we all know that we will definitely be trading way above 0.002!
