Shareholder Sentiment Survey Results:

Out of 44 respondents, here was the outcome of our survey:

- 38% of respondents have between 100k and 500k shares. An additional 21% have over 500k and the rest have less than 100k or chose not to answer.

- 72% of respondents feel that Calypso and T-Mobile will settle before the end of the year. %18 percent feel that a settlement will not be reached by the end of the year.

- %90 percent of respondents feel that even if Calypso and T-mobile did not settle, Calypso has a strong enough patent to win the federal case.

- %79 of respondents have invested in this stock for over a year.

- %88 of respondents feel that if Daic and Williamson do go before a judge / jury in the state court case that they would lose.

I was not too surprised to see such strong shareholder support for the current BOD and the direction that we are taking considering it is the best position we have been in as shareholders for years. I was surprised to see so many longs on this board. I tallied up the share holdings of the respondents and even with conservative estimates, 38 posters on this board hold roughly 14 million shares.
