I think that these discussions Li is having are healthy. Maybe he's just trying to get them to step out of their comfort zone and be adventurous instead of robots that create the same thing every year. He does know the China market better then they do. Differences also lead to ideas, and ideas lead to forward thought and progression. Maybe this is just an exercise to see what and who he has to work with?
