Im CONFUSED...

It is 4pm here in California and I just turned on my Ameritrade account. It is listing the bid/ask for locn at 0.04/.21. Is anyone else seeing this? Is this a glitch in their system? Im seeing the end of day bid/ask structure on otcmarkets.com and am looking for an explanation. Special thanks to anyone who can clear this up before I go to bed thinking that Im going to wake up with a nice account on a huge gap.
