It's legal not to renew distribution agreement anymore. Any business owner can say 'we're fine, we'll get back on track renewing agreement'. Everything he did is perfectly legal. All the truth, sales number, % of patent ownership, duration of distribution agreement, everything we hate were already printed hard on their filing.
