What gets me is that the ask comes in each morning at 4 and the after hours ask is always a few ticks higher. So to me that means that the 4's are day trades and not stop losses that havent been filled or 60 day sell orders etc.

Who in their right mind would keep setting the ask at the pps each morning..or do I have this all wrong? Maybe something else?
