If management is not going to spend any cash (and from the looks of it they aren't), then it really doesn't matter if they have $0.00 or $100,000,000,000,000,000,000.00. Shareholder value will remain the same. And right now that value is $0.21 per share...and falling.

If management wants to increase awareness of the company, then they can hire a firm to initiate coverage of JADA (aka pump 'n dump). I would support that move 100%.
