keep your eye on level 2. About a week ago I noticed ARCA on the bid and ask pre market at 99,900. Then when the market opened he would disapear. Then yesterday he came on the bid at 0018 and kept our support but was not on the ask. Then today he is on the bid at 0019 again holding the support and again not on the ask. I will put money that tommorow he will be at 0020 on the bid.

I think a PR is imminent.
