I think we need to put some additional wording. Something along the lines of:
As you have stated in the past, you are focussed at creating value for shareholders. But this value needs to be reflected in the share price. I know one cannot be concerned about the share price everyday, however, one should be concerned about a falling share price for the last 12 months, unless this serves a hidden purpose, which all shareholder copied on this email would be concerned.
Close to 20% of your float is collaborating in this communication, your answer needs to adress this concern. balabla.... makes sense?
