Jacky,

Congratulations to a great quarter. I am really amazed by CCME's continuing excellence in execution.

I was, however, a little bit concerned over the lack of share buyback. While the share prices rose without the actual shares being bought, the lack of buying put a dent on the management's credibility.

Can you start the actual buyback, and announce to the public the actual buys.

Alternatively, you can propose to the board to use some of the $30m earmarked for buyback for a dividend.
