They have the patents since 2005 and the contracts since 2008. It does not matter where the Company is now or when the patent or the contracts were obtained. It is never late to start. What does matter is whether the management is capable of getting things done or not, and what the management short and long term plans and steps to get these plans accomplished.
Does anyone have any idea about these?
