Considering that there is an ongoing SEC investigation into the matter, it might be a good idea to drop them a note informing them as to the list that was maintained there and letting them know that since they commenced their investigation, that list has disappeared. The more info they can obtain, the quicker they can get to the bottom of this sordid affair..

That is my guess too. This stinks to high heaven, and now the deletion of previous relevant promotional material is very discerning. The material I referenced was used to seamlessly pump that a core team was holding a locked float, and that the information to that fact was out in the public for all to see.
