11/16/10 - RENS - Renaissance Bioenergy - Amendment - Name change to "Aspa Gold Corp". This was Ese Corp until Jan 2010 (See Jan 13, 2010 8K), but the name change to Renaissance Bioenergy was never amended on the NV SOS. The most recent 10Q filed 10/15/10 indicates RENS as a shell/development stage company. On watch for more details.
