yep i too can see the change in tactics :)

if the intent is .. er successful .. i'll
add a few more siaf shares .. i think my
last buy was in the 1.30 range .. but i'd
have to check .. based on what i pay attn
to .. it's pretty clear (volume and pps to
say nothing of reg sho data and *trades*)
that the next leg won't be too far behind
