When exactly did I deny anything?
I never denied any such thing. As I said, until it is official, it's all just speculation. That includes my posts as well. I also don't think you or your friend are liars, I don't know one way or the other, just making the point that it's all subject to change. We are ALL speculators at this point and the only FACTS are in the pr's. Also, if you've been around POWN long enough you learn to take what Stan says with a grain of salt because things are always subject to change. Not to mention it's also possible he was told to say exactly what you're friend heard so they wouldn't be deluged with constant Disney movie questions that they are unable to answer regardless.
Also, I don't need a prospectus to tell me where POWN was at prior to this past year. They have had more projects come to fruition in the past few months than probably all the years I've been following this company combined. Besides, I am guessing my average per share is lower than any pp being offered because I choose to get in early and take my chances with Stan Lee.
With small speculative plays like these I choose to look forward as opposed what's in the rearview mirror.
Regardless, I think we both see the same eventual outcome for this stock we just have different timeframes. Best of luck.
