Question for all you who are smarter than me????? Mr. Swank mentioned in a PR and others on this board have pointed it out, about going back to a private company?? What does that mean for all of the investors that currently have shares?

I am sure Reno and Vegas have a lot of crime, and we all know they are the only state in the Union that has legalized prostitution.
