Yes I agree that perhaps a more fluid PR effort may help the stock price but not if there is no true fact behind the communication effort. Perhaps when the ball finally gets rolling for them with approval, we will see more communication with facts and solid info behind them. I'd rather hearing nothing and not wonder if, than hear garbage and think that this is just another PR effort.
