Cargo, thank goodness you have your eyes open. DPDW spent $52mm on the payoff of existing debt, 2 acquisitions with the leftover cash for operations that their bank required them to have (covenents).

DPDW has blown the millions of dollars of this extra operating money and they are broke. That is why they are so far behind on the payments to their suppliers, see the last 10Q and the changes in A/P, A/R, cash on hand and compare it to the prior quarter.....and that's not IMO, I know it for a fact, you see I have been a supplier for DPDW.
