Mr Sano - to respond to your post.

1.) He will spend millions of dollars of IMGG's money to force a round peg through a square hole because it allowed family and friends to make MILLIONS of dollars.

2.) You do not know about the engineering or legal wrangling - you are just assuming based off of no facts what-so-ever.

You can't just sit there and bash away with non-sense. There are a few possible scenarios as of now and they should each be discussed and given a probability weight.

The only thing we can say right now is:

1.) The FDA delcared NSE becuase the DViS is truly revolutionary and needs a PMA or a different classification.

2.) Dean is a good engineer but sucks at 510(K) application's and with the lawyers help they will file the De Novo Submission and try to get this pushed through the right way. Maybe the entire time it was Dean who was incompetent and NOT the FDA. This is the best case scenario for investors at this point.

3.) The DViS does not work as stated by Dean Janes. This could be the reason as to why he is not willing to show the machine to anyone in the world haha.. This is the worst case scenario because FDA approval will never come - only investor lawsuits LOL.

Short term outlook this is clearly heading down as evident by the charts and the past history with no news on IMGG. Maybe sell now at .15 cents and pickup 50% more shares at .10 cents?
