There is a SCAM and FRAUDLENT activities here.
On 8/24, the Company filed 8K with board approval of 3% dividends, and then another one for a signed letter of intent with S&T distributor.
On 11/12, the Company filed 8K withdrawing both the dividends and the letter of intent.
They tried to pump the shares for its management to get the highest value of their stock, then they are getting out of it. A fraud case should be filed against this Company.
