But, in this case since it was a change of name and symbol, there will be no extra "D" either, it's tradeable now as CNWD, and there is a posted bid/ask under the new symbol, it is .015 x 3.49$
If the company kept the same name then the extra "D" would be there as you correctly point out.
Since they did a complete change, no need for the "D" designation.
