Strange that there was no press release or 8K SEC filing on this significant start of sales event, certainly material event.

One question that sort of lingers is the fact that at last report the company was working on getting a Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) clearance by FDA. If they are out selling the product surely they must have gotten that GRAS clearance. Or did they?

Be looking for a Press Release announcing this internet sales initiative and the company's getting the GRAS clearance in next few days.

An 8K from company may be in the offing for these material events
as well.

Its just not like Cataldo not to publicly puff up any good news (or even bad news he can make look good like the $ 250,000 floorless convertible preferred stock deal and credit line available only to buy lenders product) to the hilt espescially with his insider group able to convert their debt to shares at a penny a share.

I suspect that the need to address the need to increase the authorized shares or need for a reverse split may have negated the publicity that would normally have hit the streets on this news.
