I think you are incorrect regarding Cargo Hauler's mention of Deep Down's "fake goodwill."

As I understand them, the lastest applications that are in the FASB 10 rules regarding goodwill are "imagined," "arbitrary" and "sought-after," which, in the literature, is also known as goodwill hunting.

Please make corrects as applicable.
