IDC DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGY SELECTED BY UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT PROGRAM AS PREFERRED PROVIDER
Calgary, Canada – November 15, 2010 – IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL), today announced that through the Company’s U.S. based business partner, Clear Government Solutions, Inc. (Beltsville, MD); IDC has been awarded the provider rights for the GSA (General Services Administration) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DOD) Schedule 65VA, to supply its X-Series digital radiography (DR) technology to health facilities belonging to these organizations in the 50 States including Washington, D.C. The award was made official November 1, 2010 and is effective for five years through to October 30, 2015.
Clear Government Solutions, Inc. (CGS) is a Homeland Security, Engineering and High Technology contracting firm that provides Identity Management and Physical & Logical Security solutions for commercial and Government customers (federal, state and local).
The GSA has a rigorous evaluation process and there were many critical evaluation stages that had to be met during the past 10 months,” states Mr. Robert Williams, President of Clear Government Solutions. “The decision to partner with Imaging Dynamics as the provider of the digital radiography technology for the GSA Schedule VA65 was determined after a review of its DR technology portfolio and value proposition.”
