No technical mumbo-jumbo...
...Just enterprise value, i.e. per-subscriber revenue projection. Having spoken to Heil myself, he gave the impression that building the subscriber base to one million by year's end was the primary goal, with subsequent numbers eventually shooting for around 30X that figure. Previous news releases have thrown around numbers indicating a revenue-per-month of $4-6 for each subscriber. Obviously that's a big step up from past (non) revenue.
The advertiser list is strong too, with some huge multi-national names using ADSY services. Heil has built and sold successful businesses before, and he assured me in June that the patent application was still 'pending' status, and that to the best of his knowledge, it was uncontested. Library of Congress can probably update anyone as to the current status. Obtaining and maintaining the proprietary technology patent will add enterprise value as well, since the technology could easily be licensed to other networks or advertisers. Anyone good with online search might also be able to get advance notice of when that news is likely to hit by perusing LOC.
I hold a modest long position, thinking about adding at this level, but my cash is short. If this thing follows a logical path, my original position will be sufficient to achieve the original goal of a serious gain over a few years.
