Mr "luvgagolf", do YOU know what the expenses in the 3rd Qtr for $580,000 (Beneficial conversion charge) and $416,794 (triggered anti-dilution provisions)were all about??????? Thats a MILLION BUCKS Sir.

And it appears to be a recurring Quarterly expense from now thru 2013.

Can you explain this MILLION dollar third QTR expense. TIA
