I don't think much will stop this pattern of low valuation unless there is a dividend issue. I am sure you all can think of multiple reasons why one would be more than appropriate at the moment and how it would effect the stock.
Anyway, that is my camp. I want the dividend asap and feel justified in wanting to know why not now? It is needed in function and principle.
