Actually only about 35 days, but who's counting. I think we'll see .12 by the end of the week. I look for the case to transfer also by the end of the week. Momentum will build as we approach the stay deadline and with the lack of selling, that should push up the price. I don't see anything in the state case that would be of any concern going forward.
