New stock submission rule for the board:

Any stock can be talked about on this board as long as it is limited to no more than two times in a day and is not mentioned day after day. If someone decides to mention the same stock over and over, that will be considered spam/pumping spam! You all know what I mean and most know the violator that most often tries to pump his own stocks.

Any concerns or comments are welcome. We can modify the rule so it works best for this board. Matt, I know you read the board, so let me know if you have any issues with this. I am trying to be fair, while at the same time trying to prevent known pumpers from plying their trade here.
