OS is about 80 million shares, and cash about 20 million dollars in Round numbers), so CASH book value is about .25/share, not including the other assets, patents, grants, IP value and so on.

Price is not bad at this point.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
