NAK is not a penny play, LBSR is at this time. Santa Brisoe went on a "goodie spree" and he came early.

Did anyone think of this as leverage against A&P? The units get multiplied beyond this math:

October 20, 2010
For the 25million units: $price of common shares when exercised + $0.056 > $0.10 cents

November 12, 2010
For the 5,465,114 units: $price of common shares when exercised + $0.06 > $0.10 cents

25million + 5.465114million = 30.5million + the additional shares that get exercised each time!!!!! Well, how convenient, right.

I forgot to mention NAK's option expiring this Friday Nov 19 2010.
