Two reasons. One would be that the float is VERY tightly held here, which means when ask pressure shows up the stock goes up fast. If everyone started hammering the ask the price would go up and it would give all of us a chance to flip a few shares and reel in some profits while we wait for news. The other reason would be, the higher the pps is when news does hit, the more dramatic the run will be.

"Sort of" is harmless "Sort of". Is a filler. But sometimes, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
