I agree with most of the contents in your post. But I don't agree with blaming the people sitting on the bid.

Ask yourself a question. Why they are able to get the shares by sitting on the bid? Simple reason is the CE removal. Why could not the company file the required papers to create the MOMO here?.

Just like you wanting this to go up, some people want this to go down either to cover the short position or flip it. Without knowing who is selling the shares at bid and sitting at bid, I would not keep on blaming on others. Shorts and Flippers are winning here, so it would be funny to blame them for sitting at the bid. LOL.

Also like you there will be lot of people waiting to slap the ask when the MOMO comes in. So why blame others and not the company?
