Kimble1,how is it that you know Imgg is broke? Didn't just last month they closed a Securities Purchase Agreement with a couple of institutional investors for one million dollars.
I can't believe management has burned thru that money already but obviously, for you to say that, you have been in contact with Mr. Janes and apparently that is what he told you. Did he also give you bad news that McDermott has turned him down because the company is broke? I suppose I could call the company to verify the status of the company but I will to take your word for what you say. I now understand your speculation that the share price is going under 10 cents. Thanks for the heads up.

P.S. Why in the world would you buy Imgg under .10 if the company is broke? Please give me your thinking.
